In order to come to the Harokopio University of Athens as an Erasmus+ trainee, students or recent graduates have to first be selected for participation within the Erasmus+ Traineeship Programme by their home University. Information about the requirements and funding shall be provided by the home University.

Students who are interested in a Traineeship at the Harokopio University of Athens must apply directly to the relevant department and not through the HUA Erasmus Office. This is in order to grant the approval for the materialization of the mobility and then agree on the mobility period and tasks to be undertaken.

The Harokopio University of Athens will not provide any insurance to Incoming Trainees. Therefore, the students should have adequate health, accident, and liability insurance during the whole mobility period.

The contact person for Erasmus+ Trainees is their supervisor in the relevant department where they will undertake the Traineeship. This supervisor will also be responsible for completing and signing the Training Agreement in cooperation with the student and the home university.
